Description: Desert Tech MDRx Conversion Kit, 5.56mm / 223 Rem 16″ Barrel Side Eject. Manufactured from high-quality steel and polymer parts, this conversion kit is designed for the MDRx rifle platform and converts the chambered caliber to 5.56x45mm and .223 Rem. The multi-caliber modularity of the MDRX is what sets it years ahead of the competition. This kit comes with Desert Tech’s proprietary ratchet compensator pre-installed, a 16″ barrel with side ejection configuration, a side eject bolt assembly, a conversion bar, a side eject chute panel, and a thirty round PMAG magazine. This kit is perfect as an immediate caliber conversion to your MDRX or use when you need a change up to your current set-up.
