Description: AK-Builder Trigger Guard Screw Plate. Made from a black oxide finished steel, this trigger guard screw plate from AK-Builder is designed to install the trigger guard to the AK receiver. This plate allows the guard to be installed via screws in lieu of rivets. The plate has four threaded holes for the screws; when installed within the receiver, the plate provides a secure, easy-to-thread, base for the screws – much better than using the small installation nuts during normal screw usage. This screw plate can be used for permanent screw installation or as a testing assembly when installing via rivets. If used as a final install solution, the plate may need to be thinned to not interfere with the firearm’s hammer spring.
