Machined to the high-performance Gunwerks standards, this GLR 700 patterned action features a standard bolt face for long action calibers like .25-06 Rem, .260 Rem, .30-06 Springfield, .270 Win and others. Made from 17R stainless steel and featuring a 4140 chrome moly fluted bolt with [precise geometry, this LAM action is built for long-range performance and outstanding accuracy. Note that Gunwerks actions utilize a less-common barrel thread tenon specification. This increase in thread count is part of the GLR design to offer improved reliability and function over a standard barrel thread pattern.
